Hi, I am Arnaldo
I’m a technology leader with over 16 years of experience helping organizations scale, transform, and operate complex technology environments across global markets. I work with organizations both as an internal technology leader and as an external advisor supporting complex transformation and operational initiatives.
Throughout my career, I have worked at the intersection of technology, operations, and business strategy, leading global IT organizations and transformation programs that support thousands of users and mission-critical platforms across Europe, the Americas, and Asia. My focus has always been simple: building reliable, secure, and scalable technology environments that enable companies to grow and operate at their best.
I currently work as an IT Director, where I lead global IT operations, cybersecurity initiatives, digital workplace platforms, and enterprise SaaS ecosystems. Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to design and implement large-scale operational transformations, improving service reliability, optimizing technology costs, and building high-performing teams that deliver measurable results.
Beyond technology itself, I’m deeply passionate about building strong teams and helping people reach their full potential. I believe the most successful organizations are built on collaboration, trust, and shared ownership of ambitious goals. One of the most rewarding parts of my work is creating environments where talented people can grow, contribute, and work together to solve complex challenges and deliver meaningful outcomes.
Some highlights from my work include scaling global IT support environments supporting 50,000+ users, reducing operational costs through SaaS optimization and vendor governance, leading enterprise platform migrations to the cloud, and implementing modern IT service management and cybersecurity frameworks across multinational organizations.
Before moving into senior leadership roles, I spent many years working in global service delivery and large outsourcing environments, managing complex multi-vendor ecosystems and supporting enterprise clients in industries such as aerospace, telecom, digital marketplaces, retail, chemicals, banking, and manufacturing.
What drives me most is solving complex operational challenges and turning them into scalable systems and teams that create long-term value for organizations. I’m particularly interested in technology leadership, global operations, digital transformation, cybersecurity governance, and the future of enterprise platforms.
Originally from Brazil and now based in Germany since 2019, I’ve built my career in international environments and enjoy working with diverse teams across cultures and regions.
Outside of work, you’ll most likely find me cycling, exploring new places, or watching great films.
